Where is the System Tuning and Configuration Guide?

There apparently exists a document called the "System Tuning and Configuration
Guide" and there are occasional references to it in the IRIX manuals,
but I have been unable to find it anywhere in my IRIX documentation set.

Am I looking in the right place, or do we have to order this?
