fix for sun3 & sun4 4.0.3 portmappers

Here are the patches for the sun3 and sun4 4.0.3 portmappers which I
received from simon at sunaus.sun.oz.  Thanks Simon (and thanks also to
badri at ecrcvax.uucp).

The sparcstation patch will follow in another message.

This mail contains the following files in uuencoded compressed
tar format:

	README
	portmap.sun3
	portmap.sun4

To install this software, extract contents of this mail as follows,
then see the README file for additional instructions:

	# cd /tmp
	# uudecode <mailfile>
	# uncompress portmap.tar
	# tar xvf portmap.tar
