SUN Rasterfile editor?

Does anyone knwo a a SUN rasterfile editor for creating and editing SUN
rasterfiles?

M*cPaint-like program.  It is in the Rice archives under "sun-source" in
the shar files "touchup.shar.1" through "touchup.shar.7" and the patch
"touchup.2.4.diff".  They can be retrieved via anonymous FTP from the host
