System Managers Toolkit?

Can anyone give me some info on the availability of the System Managers
Toolkit as discussed in Sun-Spots recently.  I sent mail to
ledonne%violet.berkley.edu but got no answer.

Is it in a form that can be mailed or do I have to use anonymous ftp.
