3/60 diskless won't boot

We have 8 3/60 that are suppose to boot from one disk. The server and 5
diskless boot. But the sixth diskless won't. It sends out its IP address
but the server doesn't catch it. We have netwatch on the PC watching this.
Hosts and ethers are both correct. I used both suninstall and
setup_client.

Any ideas?

BTW does anybody have a version of tcpdump that works using SunOS 4.0?
