'top' on 386i (problem) ...

has anyone out there ported 'top' to Sun386i ? ...

i 'make'd TOP, version 2.5 (this includes fix for SunOS 4.0)  on 386i running
SunOS 4.0.1; make and install was fine but it seems its having problems
with kvm_nlist() call; cause, when i run it i get:

root <1> .../src/top : top
top: can't nlist 8 symbols
root <2> .../src/top : 

being new at hacking ; all i can guess is that kvm_nlist() is having problems.
it might have to do with 'struct nlist' being defined different in nlist.h for
sun386i and initialization of 'struct nlist nlst[]'  has to be modified.
(to what, i can't say.)

can anyone shed some light on this ...
