Follow-up on 68000 cross-assembler

In a previous posting I stated that I had installed the sun cross-compiler
package on a sun4 for generating code to download to a 68020.   I had
asked about generating code for a 68000 and received several replies that
the 68010 code is the same as the 68000.  Unfortunately, I forgot to
include the most important requirement - I need assembler output in
s-record format.  Does the sun cross-compiler support that??  I apologize
for leaving this info out of the original posting, if anyone knows of a
package to get this output which will run on the sun (or how to get this
output using the sun cross-compiler) I would appreciate hearing from you.
