can I get 'vi' for IBM-PC?

I've got addicted to 'vi'. Whenever I have to use a friends IBM PC, and
have to struggle through its editors, I ask myself the question I'm asking
you now:

Can you buy a version of 'vi' for MS-DOS machines?
