psbanner.pro (banner page for NT II)

I'm trying to write up a new banner page for our NT II laser printer.  We
are currently using the default Transcript page.

The transcript manual says to simply replace /usr/tran/lib/banner.pro with
your banner format, but this has caused me problems.  Only my banner page
gets printed and the file that I'm printing does not make it to the
printer.

This leads me to believe that somehow banner.pro is reading in some sort
of command line arguments.

Does any one know what I have to do to by banner format to make it
successfully replace banner.pro??
