We have been using this box on a Sun SLC for about 3 weeks now.

I have found the personnel at Vector to be very helpful (I know unheard of
in this day and age) and the box to work exactly as advertised.

Only catch is maximum throughput on the SLC seems to be 19200 due to a
limitation in the Sun serial port. 

The folks at Vector were not aware of this and when they investigated they
found the same symptoms that I did here. 

To their credit I tried the box on a SparcStation 1 and 1+ and had
absolutlely no troubles with getting a rock solid 38400 through the box.

I have not had time to do any performance figures on throughput yet but
would be happy to do so if there is the need from netters.

So far, I would highly recommend this box
