Assigning from a small set-variable to a larger one copies random bits
from beyond the storage area allocated to the small set. I haven't tried
it on the SPARC machine yet.

t2 = set of 1..2;

s1: t1;
s2: t2;
s3: t1;
begin
s3 := [1..999];
s2 := [];
s1 := s2;
writeln( s1 = [] );
