UUCP over ethernet: It can be done!

You don't need physical async port since pseudo tty will do the job as
well.  Put getty on the pseudo tty with rlogin as the shell and then make
uucp connection to this pseudo tty and give -8 and the name of the
ethernet host as arguments.
