I am looking for information regarding the emulation of the 68K assembly
language and I would like to find a 68K emulator program that runs on the
Sparc machines.
Any information would be appreciated since I may end up writing my own if
I can't find one that suits me. What are the technical issues involved in
the development of such a program? What problems am I likely to encounter?
How does one test the thing when it is done? Is there a comprehensive
automated way of doing the testing?
In regard to existing emulators I am looking for one for which the source
code is available. Preferably this emulator would be written in "C" or
the assembly language for the Spark architecture, or both. It would be
great if one was available in the public domain but this is not essential.
Please respond through the mail.
