SUN innards and bus

Where can read about the innards of the SUN, including its internal bus
structure ? I am interested in this so I can indulge my private fantasy of
being able to design something that can interface to the SUN. We have
SUN3's and SUN4's here, and I assume the answers are somewhat different.
