Machintosh compatible diskettes for SparcStation 1

Now that Emmet P. Gray has provided us with a basic utility package
(mtools version 1.6.2) for reading, writing, and formating MS-DOS
compatible diskettes on a SparcStation (thank you Emmet!), has anyone
considered doing the same for Machintosh disketttes?  I'm sure that others
would be interested.
