Missing files in 4.1

I've got someone here who's trying to compile our home-brew graphics
package under SunOS 4.1, but there seems to be a problem with missing
files.  Our 4/330, running 4.0.3, has the following list of files under
/usr/indclude/sunwindow:

attr.h	 	bitmask.h	cms.h		cms_colorcube.h	cms_grays.h
cms_mono.h	cms_rainbow.h	cms_rgb.h	defaults.h	filter.h
hashfn.h	io_stream.h	notify.h	pixwin.h	pw_dblbuf.h
pw_util.h	rect.h		rectlist.h	string_utils.h	sun.h
win_cursor.h	win_enum.h	win_environ.h	win_input.h	win_ioctl.h
win_keymap.h	win_lock.h	win_notify.h 	win_screen.h 	win_struct.h
window_hs.h

The SS1, running 4.1, has this under /usr/include/sunwindow:

cms_colorcube.h

The problem is that /usr/include/pixrect/cg9var.h and cg8var.h reference
/usr/include/sunwindow/cms.h, however as is evident, it doesn't exist in
4.1.  Is this the way it's supposed to be or is something really missing?
