/stand/imemtest in Sun OS 3.5

I installed a 4 MB memory board into my Sun 2/120 (I know, it's old
folks...  but it works) the other day, and everything went great, until it
came up with the following errors:

                   Buss error Reg 4e91 <Valid, LPADR>
                   Buss error Reg 4e92 <Valid, LPADR>

Since the 1 meg boards I have work fine, and since the above errors only
occur with the 4mb board, I beleive the problem is with it.

I noticed in the Sun OS 3.5 man pages a stand alone program called
imemtest which is said to reside in /stand.  I have not been able to
locate it, and have even attempted to extract my tapes again to make sure
I requested for the stand alone programs.  Does anyone know where it is
located?  (I have checked /usr/stand)...  Or, does anyone have a PD memory
tester for a Sun 2?  Any info appreciated.  Please reply via E-mail if
possible.  Thank You in advance!!

PS> FYI, I plan on using User Level Diagnostics, but imemtest is exactly
what I am looking for.
