vt100tool

I finally managed to get the sources for SUNOS4.0 and did a port of
vt100tool to this version. I have stored it at titan.rice.edu in the
incoming folder in tar compressed form. It has been compiled for a Sun-3
but if there are many takers, I have access to other hardware platforms.
