SCSI on the 490????

Does the SS490 support SCSI hard drives? The answer I get from our sales
rep is no. This, however, makes no sense to me since there is a 150MB SCSI
tape drive and a CD ROM drive on the SS490. If these devices exist on the
490 then surely a SCSI disk can.
This is important since we feel that 2GB IPI is enough fast disk and that
we would rather spend 15k (university price) on 4.8GB of SCSI disk than
12-16k on 1GB of IPI for expansion. (The SCSI disk is from Falcon)
