Looking for printcap entry for AT&T 495/HP Laserjet

I am looking for a printcap entry for an AT&T 495 laser printer.
This printer can emulate either an HP Laserjet or a QUME Sprint II
Plus.  I am running a Sun 3/80 with SunOS 4.1.1 with the printer
hooked up to serial port B.  Does anyone out in net-land have an
entry that can be used on this printer.

I am also looking for information on how to get this printer to
print postscript files.
