I suppose you'd prefer these people to do drugs or beat up old ladies, so
long as they don't use any CPU cyles on your machine to do it? What exactly
is bad about all these people using their minds to further games design and
communications? Are you just trying to make sure that those who use computers
aren't allowed to have fun while doing so?
