Dialer for Telebit T2500 under RS6000 AIX

While it's true that the /usr/lib/uucp/Dialers file doesn't have an
entry for the Telebit modem, certainly the Hayes entry would work if you
couldn't figure out a set of commands that you like better.  In fact, if
you can't figure out a set of commands, borrow some for anybody else's
Dialer file.


stty add rts </dev/tty?
