Problems with popen on RS/6000

	Actually, vmstat is not fflush'ing after each iteration.

	"To be fixed in a future update".  (luckily enough, I'm working
	on another vmstat bug right now, so I'll just sneak the fflush
	back in where Berkeley had it originally)
