RS/6000 Performance Monitoring and Tuning Guide available?

I read somewhere a while back that the people in Austin were preparing a guide
to be called the "RS/6000 Performance Monitoring and Tuning Guide".  Has anyone
heard about this guide?  I'd like to get my IBM technical person to get it for
me when it becomes available.
