RS/6000

I have been approached by IBM to become an "Application Specialist".
I would be interested in hearing any good or otherwise comments any
may have regarding working with IBM in this capacity.  Of particular
interest to me are things like, how well IBM follows through with what
the reps say and that kind of thing.  I will be working with the
RS6000, what is the prevailing opinion on this machine?  Use email as I
don't want to take up alot of bandwidth with this inquiry.
