"LARP" on Port 91 ?

  Yes, LARP stands for Locus Address Resolution Protocol.  LARP is used by
  TCF to 1)locate participating sites in the cluster; 2) translate site
  numbers into IP addresses; and, 3) determine the best IP route between
  various sites.

  In our testing, I have found that Cisco routers will not pass LARP such
  that AIX/370 will accept it.  I have had to manually route to each site
  using "route add host ...".  I have found that "route add net ..." will
  not work.
