C++ Compilers under PS/2-AIX

I am looking for a C++ compiler that will work under AIX on a PS/2.
It must have source code level debugging (dbx) support.  I have tried
the GNU C++ compiler but was unable to get DBX support. It seems IBM's
assembler does not support the .stabs
