We would prefer to have some control over CPU usage. Ideally we would
like to set up a queue of batch jobs and only execute some subset
concurrently. We would also like to control the priority that
batch jobs run at - currently users can set it to anything and
then compete with interactive users. Finally, it would be nice if
we chould have the queue point to a different system for execution - that
is, the user is logged into machine A, submits a batch job which then
runs on machine B.
Vicki has had a number of replies to this request, and will post a
summary when she returns to work.
