Tektronix window under X ??

I have an RS/6000-320 with X and Motif.  I need an X-window with Tektronix
4014 or 4115 emulation to look at plots.  

a) I am pretty ignorant of Xwindows.  how would such software be used?? is it
   something that xinit would call??  

b) where could I find a PD copy of such a critter??
