looking for business graphics for RS/6000

I'm new to the AIX and RS/6000 world.  What's out there for drawing
bar charts/pie charts on screen (in a window or not), and producing
hardcopy?

I'm looking for both standalone and API/toolkit packages.  Do X or
Motif have any native high-level (ie bar and pie chart) capabilities?
