Internet security?

I am trying to tighten the internet security access on our systems.
We have AIX 1.2, 2.2.1, and 3.1 machines.  Under HP-UX, there is a
/usr/adm/inetd.sec file that allows us to say what hosts have access
to what services.  Is there something similar we can do under AIX?
