How to increase paging space?

Well, then you're talking about a command that doesn't exist "reducelv".
There are low level (undocumented!!) commands (lreducelv) but they don't
handle odm and you're on your own when you decide which partitions to
delete from your filesystem or paging space. Neither of those works for
reducing at this time. :-{
Sounds like you are doing the right (painful, I know) procedure to
free space on your system.
