Third Party Memory for RS6000

We are upgrading our RS6000/320s from 16 meg to 32 meg.
The problem is with the astronomical prices IBM is charging
for memory upgrades.

Does anybody have experiences with third party suppliers?
Are there third party memory cards available for IBM RS6000s?
What about SIMMs?
