Ckermit 5A(171)

	Got the newest ckermit running on our favorite computer critter
	including the ever elusive TCP code which allows kermit to run
	on top of telnet. This is useful if the net the Amiga UNIX box
	is on has a bank of modems on a ethernet concentrator like an
	Annex, cisco or 3com. Had to change an insy weensy bit of
	code to make the TCP code work under R4, Amiga and 386. Works
	like a charm on both now. If you need the gory details I'll
	send 'em to you.I sent the changes to Frank DeCruz at Columbia
	to hopefully the regular release of kermit will allow straight
	compilation on any R4 box.
