Networking products for AmigaDOS / AmigaUnix

I have a friend who is interested in setting up their Amiga 3000's (and
possibly one 2000 and one 500) in a local network arrangement.

He said that they have EtherNet cards in the machines, probably CBM's,
but I am unsure what software they have.

What I am seeking is a listing of available products that would allow
them to set up a local area network encompassing these machines, and
what sort of versatility they could achieve with such a set-up.

What would they need for local e-mail, file transfers, volume-sharing,
printer sharing, etc...

Also --- Is SuperBase Professional 4 Network Ready yet? If so, what
networking system would we have to go with to utilize that? We are
in need of a networking-aware database, such that any information input
on a given system is changed on all systems on the network....

I realize this last could be achieved by using a central machine to
hold the database file, and having all others reference it, but is the
Amiga database software currently capable of doing shared-access or the
record locking needed for this?

Regards,

Steve
