2.03 claims to be capable of creating A/UX partitions, but it does it wrong.
Feel free to use their software to make the MacOS and A/UX partitions, but
then you will have to boot A/UX and use the dp(1) program to fix the
Logical Parition Size
field in the A/UX partition created by the rodime software. They set it to
zero, it should be the same size as the
Physical Partition Size
field.
However, if I were you, I'd toss the partitioning software for the damned
thing, just do the low level format, and then use dp(1) to create the
paritions themselves. About 8 months ago I posted detailed instructions
and some software that allows you to manipulate dpm entries and block zero
of the hard disk. I don't have what I wrote anymore, but perhaps someone
on the Newbury mailing list or an old comp.unix.aux reader might have it.
