System and A/UX 2.0... Need it from dist. disks?

Although the subject line is kinda cryptic, it says it all. In installing
2.0, there is one thing i have a question about. It says that you have to create
a MacPartition partition on your A/UX disk. My question is "do you really"?
Also, once you have the System Folder on MacPartition, can you "personalize"
it, or does A/UX 2.0 require it to be a virgin system?
Finally, can one use Layout 1.9 under A/UX 2.0 to customize the Finder Layout?
As you most probably guessed, I finally got my update to 2.0 (still waiting
on the manuals tho...)
