Tony Cooper's Teac driver -- Where?

Hi All,
	I just obtained a TEAC tape drive, and was hoping to be able to use
	the Beta tape driver that (Tony Cooper I think) has made available to
	a select few. Would anyone be able to tell me how I could get ahold of
	Tony to ask him for a copy? Or is it available via ftp?
