cflow(1) broken in 2.0

I hate to ask, but has anyone of you noticed that cflow(1) is
utterly broken in A/UX 2.0 ? /lib/cpp complains about a write
to a closed pipe. Substituting gcc as the compiler yields
similar results.
This isn't true for "simple" files, but for files with rather
large included files. (As in NetHack - hack.h is huge)
