Cannot create </users1/torres/.kshrc> (errno:5)

	The subject up above describes an error that I received. All I
	was doing was trying to cpio files from one directory to
	another. The "(error:5)" is the part that I don't understand.
	Anyone know what error:5 is, or where I might find it in the
	manuals?
