It would be nice if when they received the bug reports they
could send us a note back saying they received it. I sent in a
few bug/trouble reports, and never heard a whisper from anyone.
Of course I posted the problem to the net, and at least I had
confirmation that 1) Someone received it and 2) I wasn't the
only one ;-).
