Partial votes for AIX group.

I must apologize to the net. I posted a partial summary of votes for the 
comp.unix.aix group. I have read the "guidelines" but I simply forgot.
Blame it on jet lag.

I am trying to follow the rules to the letter. I hope that you will
forgive this  honest mistake.
