Mounting extended dos partition on 386/ix

I figured out a way to mount the extended DOS partition (or at least one 
logical drive in it) along with the primary DOS partiton under 386/ix.
This gives just under 64 megs of storage in DOS partitons that can be
accessed from unix or from vpix.

did it.
