Anyone have a better termcap entry for AT386-M or AT386?

Has anyone got an improved termcap entry for Sys V/386 consoles
for use with cu?  The default works but has bugs.

Also, how does one disable the ^s stop on these terminals
(I tried stty -ixoff -ixon and it didn't seem to help)?
