SCO UUCP Problem

Here's one for the UUCP wizards (apologies if it should be a FAQ):
I'm running SCO Unix 3.2.1 (aka ODT_OS), and have successfully
set up a uucp link to the sco machine. I'm now trying to set up a
link to nwnexus, which will be my primary net gateway.
The sco machines all expect 8 bits of data with no parity. The
nwnexus machine expects 7 bits, even parity. My problem is that
I only have one modem and one serial port.
So, I need to reconfigure the serial port for the two different
machines (as an aside, I've confirmed this behavior by using "cu"
and "cu -oe". "cu" works for sco and NOT for nwnexus, and "cu -oe"
works for nwnexus and NOT for sco).
Can anyone tell me how to do this from within a BNU "Dialer" entry.
(I suspect I could use stty on the port before each call, but
that would be cumbersome at best). Also, since I don't have the
development system, recompiling dialTBIT is not an option (yet).
Thanks!
Clay Jackson
