14-char-file-name fix

Hello,
  A friend of mine is running SCO Unix 5.3.2.  He mentioned the 14-char-file-
name bug to me few days ago.  I seemd to recall that some tech support
person at SCO posted a patch for this.  Did anyone save that article or
have the patch available?  I would appreciate if you can send me the fix or
point me a direction, like anon. ftp site?
