Who maintains this archive...?

I just downloaded the COFF-ing gcc, gas and g++ from the following
archive:
      36.102.0.32

Someone had announced this ftp site on this newsgroup, and I wrote
down the address, but I forgot to record an Email contact for 
the site.

Can someone clue me in on who I can than for making this stuff 
available?
