Booting unix with pc ethernet cards ?

Has anyone seen boot ROMs for common pc ethernet cards for booting 386 unix
off a tftp boot server ?  ROMs for booting Novell are of course a dime a
dozen, but I've never seen stuff like this.  Would seem to be a neat hack !
