XBBS version 7.82

[Alphacm]

Version 7.82 of XBBS is now online for downloading. This new version has the
following enhancements:

	  1) The questionnaire section has been enhanced with teh addition
	     of two new commands.

          2) The caller logging has been enhanced.

          3) A minor 'bug' in the usenet section has been fixed.
