387/486 (math function testing)

Does anyone have any diagnostic utilities that will test the existance and
ability of some or all of the 387/486 math functions of these chips under
UNIX (preferably ISC).  I would even like to see some good test under DOS if
UNIX tests are not around.  Thanks much for any help.
